I am a 3rd-year Design Major with a concentration in Experience Design at Northeastern University. I fell in love with the Design Process when I was 14, and I have been exploring a career practicing ethical, responsible, and equitable Design ever since.
I grew up in Cambridge, Ma as an only child of my parents, David, and Ann Marie Wilkins. My parents believe that the world is the ultimate classroom and strongly emphasized my development as a global citizen.
I have camped in the Sahara Desert in Morocco, built a soccer field in Bethlehem, spent time with shepherd boys in the Masai Mara in Kenya, walked the back alleys of Shanghai, sat tableside with the Maharaja of Udaipur in his floating marble palace in India, scaled the Teotihuacán Pyramids in Mexico City, ran a race on the ancient track in Olympia Greece, slept in the lake palace movie-home of the von Trapp family in Salzburg Austria, explored the nooks of La Basilica Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, celebrated Eid with children in Zanzibar, and other life-altering journeys. These experiences opened my eyes to our common humanity and will undoubtedly have a tremendous impact on my professional development as I humbly pursue a career in Experience Design.
